Alissa and Josh’s Nutting Hill Villa Wedding

Alissa and Josh’s Nutting Hill Villa wedding was all kinds of good. But it’s a bit of a different wedding for me to post. I associate shot this wedding, which means another photographer hired me to photograph this wedding and I simply handed over the memory cards after the big day.

But truth be told, I fell in love with Nutting Hill Villa as a wedding venue. I sometimes look at European photographers, and whilst I love the locations I photograph at regularly, I can be prone to be lusting after the unique architecture that is characteristic of a lot of European wedding venues. So when I photographed Alissa and Josh’s wedding I couldn’t help myself but have a little play with their images (and create this little blog post).

Here’s a few things I particularly loved about Alissa and Josh’s Nutting Hill Villa wedding:

  • The arches, the mud brick esque colours, the small details of the venue all drew me right in.
  • The dance floor. Alissa, Josh and their crew were absolute party animals. It was epic!
  • The bridal party entrance. It was next level. You’ll see.
  • The live painter. her work is stunning. You can check this out at the end of the gallery.

If you’re planning a wedding at Nutting Hill or in Byron Bay and beyond, and are looking for a photographer who can capture what it truly felt like to be a part of your wedding, then I’d love to be your photographer! Click here to get in contact and get the party started.
