A beautiful celebration at THE LUXRIOUS DEUX BELETTES.

It took four different wedding dates, a last minute venue change, a mad scramble to find a string quartet and much more to get Jonathan and Meg’s Deux Belettes Wedding to happen. But boy oh boy did Jono and Meg manage to pull off the wedding of the century

Some of my favourite things to look out for in this gallery include Jonathan and Meg’s wild first dance to Wagon Wheel whereby Meg whipped out her cowgirl boots. Also the arches of Victoria’s at Ewingdale making for an epic getting ready location for Meg. And did I mention the vogue style bridal party pics?

On a personal note, Meg and Jonathan were an amazing couple to spend the day with. They were super fun, very romantic, and full of adventure. I’ll leave you with a little haiku Jonathan sent me when I informed him my second shooter would need a vegan meal:

“We’ll gather some freshly fallen nuts, blown loose by an idyllic breeze, then kissed to ripen by swarms of bees and butterflies in the Alstonville sun.”

In a sense this wedding was a double whammy for me. Meg’s prep took place at the stunning (also very French inspired) Victoria’s at Ewingsdale, whilst Jono and Meg kicked off their reception at Deux Belettes. With the dramatic light at Victoria’s and the fairytale like grounds of Deux Belettes, these two venues complemented each other really well.

the WEDDING PARTY

Speaking of serious business, Jonathan and Meg hired a Chesterfield lounge just for the bridal party. They requested an editorial, vogue like bridal party photo. The result is the image below. A big high five to Jonathan and Meg’s dream team bridal party who really pulled this off!

the reception

The photo below pretty much encapsulates the energy on the dance floor at Jono and Meg’s wedding. High energy and lots of fun. It was wild! And the perfect end to an unforgettable day.
